I was born in Mérida, where I built my foundation in accounting, business administration, and finance, developing a clear approach to understanding business: every decision should be backed by analysis and a long-term vision.

In 2015, I began my career in the real estate sector in Tulum, working on the marketing and sale of properties, land, and development projects for investors and developers. This experience allowed me to understand one of the most dynamic markets in the country and confirmed that this business is not just about selling—it’s about guiding investment decisions with insight, judgment, and trust.
 

In 2019, I returned to Mérida, joining a growing market and collaborating with developers, investors, and industry professionals. Over the years, I have built strong business alliances with certified advisors and professionals affiliated with AMPI, and something I value even more: the trust of my clients. Many of them have not only reinvested with me, but have also referred me to their family members, friends, and business partners.
 

In 2025, I consolidated this growth with Humberto González Realty, bringing together experience, market analysis, and technology to provide more strategic, clear, and efficient advisory services.

Today, I guide clients through key decisions in the real estate market in Yucatán and Tulum, always grounded in solid information and a long-term perspective.
